A Multidisciplinary Approach to Course Design
Every CraftED course brings together learning design, writing, storytelling, and visual thinking to transform client content into an engaging, purposeful learning experience.
The result is a course shaped around the audience, the goals, and what learners need to understand, remember, and do.
Learning Design
Audience, objectives, structure, practice, and assessment all work together. I organize content around how people learn—not simply around how information was originally presented.
Storytelling & Visual Design
Pacing, examples, visuals, multimedia, and narrative structure help learners stay engaged and make meaningful connections with the content.
Writing & Content Development
I shape client expertise into clear, natural course content, narration, activities, and assessments while preserving the client’s voice and purpose
How CraftED Courses are Built
Courses are developed collaboratively, with transparency from concept through delivery. Each project is custom-built around the audience, goals, content, and context rather than forced into a predetermined template.
I primarily develop in iSpring Suite Max, which combines the flexibility of PowerPoint with interactive course development and LMS-ready delivery. This makes it easy for clients to review work throughout development, provide feedback, and stay closely involved in the process.
The result is a more transparent development cycle with faster feedback, fewer surprises, and less unnecessary rework.
This approach offers:
- Familiar source files built in PowerPoint, making content easier to review and maintain
- Clear review cycles that support feedback and informed decisions throughout development
- Efficient iteration and turnaround that helps reduce unnecessary rework and project cost
- LMS-ready delivery through SCORM packages for straightforward implementation

Dronetopia™ Pilot Academy
Currently in development, DroneTopia is a multimedia FAA Part 107 preparation course for high school and adult learners. Using the client’s goals, source materials, and FAA requirements, I’m developing the complete experience, including course mapping, standards alignment, instructional content, assessments, custom visuals, narration, and interactive development.

40-Hour Nationwide Training Course
A comprehensive, asynchronous training program accredited by the Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) for Supported Employment Specialists coordinating employment services for people with disabilities. Designed for consistency, accessibility, and practical application across diverse service settings.

Emerging Leaders Program
A multi-session leadership development program created from the client’s existing materials, outlines, and subject-matter expertise. I developed the presentation decks and supporting workshop materials for the client to use as the facilitator, shaping the content into a clear, cohesive sequence with strong visual support, discussion prompts, reflection activities, and practical workplace application.
