Experience-Driven Course Design
Every CraftED course is shaped by decades in the classroom, years as a working theatre artist, and a professional writing practice that spans education, business, and publishing.
The result is learning that balances structure, clarity, and purpose.
Teaching
Grounded in a master’s degree and over 20 years in education, my work prioritizes clarity, accessibility, and learner experience, whether the audience is students, professionals, or new hires.
Creative Practice
As an actor, director and technical designer in theatre for over 30 years, I bring storytelling, pacing, and visual thinking into every course, because engagement is designed, not added on.
Writing
From articles and blogs to annual reports, presentations, and curriculum, writing is the throughline, translating complex ideas into language that’s clear, purposeful, and usable.
How CraftED Courses are Built
Courses are developed collaboratively, with transparency at every stage, from concept through delivery. Each course is custom-built, shaped by the audience, goals, and context rather than a predetermined template.
I primarily work in iSpring Suite Max because it keeps clients involved throughout the process. Courses are built in PowerPoint—software most teams already know—and delivered as LMS-ready SCORM packages.
Unlike tools that keep development behind the curtain, this approach allows for faster feedback, clearer collaboration, and more efficient production—saving both time and cost.
This approach offers:
- Familiar, editable files built in PowerPoint, allowing clients to review and contribute without specialized software
- Clear review cycles that support thoughtful feedback and informed decisions throughout development
- Faster iteration and turnaround, reducing rework and overall project cost
- LMS-ready delivery through SCORM packages, without locking clients out of their own content
